AN ACT CONCERNING PHARMACISTS AND OPIOID ANTAGONISTS.
To enable a pharmacist to prescribe an opioid antagonist, including, but not limited to, naloxone, to a person who is unable to obtain an opioid antagonist from another source as a patient or on behalf of another person.
