AN ACT REQUIRING AMENDMENTS TO THE STATE BUILDING CODE, THE FIRE SAFETY CODE AND THE STATE FIRE PREVENTION CODE REGARDING BED AND BREAKFAST OCCUPANCY LIMITS.
To amend the State Building Code, the Fire Safety Code and the State Fire Prevention Code to increase occupancy limits in bed and breakfast establishments in order to support economic development by enabling bed and breakfasts to operate safely and compliantly.
