AN ACT CONCERNING PARTICIPATION IN VOCATIONAL AGRICULTURAL WORK PROGRAMS.
To require payment of workers' compensation insurance through a state-purchased insurance pool for vocational agricultural students and that such students be exempt from claiming unemployment.
