AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA FOR PERSONS WHO RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OR COMPLETE THE GENERAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TEST.
To require the Department of Education to issue a high school diploma to any person who receives a certificate of completion or satisfactorily completes the General Educational Development test.
