AN ACT CONCERNING THE TREATMENT OF CHILDREN WITH GAMBLING DISORDERS.
To (1) permit counselors certified by the International Gambling Counselor Certification Board to treat gambling disorders in children sixteen years of age or older without notifying such children's parents or guardians, and (2) require the Department of Children and Families to employ a clinician certified by the International Gambling Counselor Certification Board.
