AN ACT PROHIBITING SCHOOL DISTRICTS FROM HOSTING LARGE SCALE PUBLIC EVENTS UNRELATED TO SCHOOL ACTIVITIES WHILE SCHOOL IS IN SESSION.
To protect student and educator safety by prohibiting the use of school buildings and property for large scale public events while school is in session.
