AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF SCHOOL MEAL PROGRAMS.
To reduce child hunger and food insecurity by restoring the free school meals that were available during the COVID-19 pandemic for students who may be in need of free meals, but are not otherwise eligible to receive them under current law.
