AN ACT CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE BY A PERSON UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MARIJUANA.
To adopt a zero-tolerance law that prohibits a person who is less than twenty-one years of age from driving under the influence of marijuana.
