AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING OF ONLINE GAMING ACCOUNTS AND OFFERS OF AND ADVERTISEMENTS FOR FINANCIAL ENTICEMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN GAMING.
To prohibit funding an online gaming account from any financial source other than one that is exclusively owned by the user of the account, and prohibit offers of and advertisements for a financial enticement to participate in gaming activity.
