AN ACT EXPANDING THE ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM TO INCLUDE REAL PROPERTY AND PROPERTY TAX RECORDS.
To expand the existing address confidentiality program for victims of certain enumerated crimes such as family violence to shield real property and property tax records containing such victim's name from disclosure.
