AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY FOLLOWING SKIN CANCER ON THE FACE.
To require that individual and group health insurance policies provide health insurance coverage for facial reconstructive surgery following treatment for skin cancer on the face, including, but not limited to, melanoma.
