AN ACT PROHIBITING HEALTH CARRIERS FROM USING PREMIUMS TO ENGAGE IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES.

To prohibit any health carrier from using premiums to engage in lobbying activities with regard to governmental regulation of health insurance.
