AN ACT CONCERNING THE TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS OF ANY PERSON WHO PERPETRATES A SEXUAL ASSAULT THAT RESULTS IN THE BIRTH OF A CHILD.
To terminate the parental rights of any person who perpetrates a sexual assault that results in the birth of a child.
