AN ACT CONCERNING OWNER-OCCUPIED UNITS AND THE DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE IN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS.
To protect owners of condominium units by requiring a minimum amount of owner-occupied units and requiring the disclosure of financial reports and certain surveillance footage upon request.
