AN ACT CONCERNING PRESCRIPTION DRUG DISCOUNT TRANSPARENCY.
To ensure consumers are getting the benefit of drug discounts and not overpaying or being prematurely enrolled in Medicaid under rules deducting costs spent on prescription drugs from income.
