AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS WHO RECEIVE ANY STATE FUNDING TO ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.
To mitigate the effects on persons without a credit card of prohibiting the use of cash to pay for treatment and related services by providers who receive payment from the state medical assistance program.
