AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION ON THE CAMPUSES OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
To provide a one-time grant to institutions of higher education to install a vending machine that offers emergency contraceptives on campus based on a plan developed by students, administrators and any on-campus medical providers.
