AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROCESS AND TIMELINE FOR THE REVIEW OF EXISTING REGULATIONS OF CONNECTICUT STATE AGENCIES AND THE REPORTING OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN CONSULTANT STUDY RECOMMENDATIONS.
