AN ACT PROHIBITING THE CONNECTICUT LOTTERY CORPORATION FROM PUBLICLY DISCLOSING THE IDENTITIES OF CERTAIN CONNECTICUT LOTTERY WINNERS.
To provide that the Connecticut Lottery Corporation shall not publicly disclose the name of any lottery winner unless such winner has consented to such disclosure.
