AN ACT DESIGNATING INTERNET SERVICE AS AN ESSENTIAL PUBLIC UTILITY AND CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF ENERGY, CABLE AND INTERNET SERVICE.
To designate Internet as an essential public utility and to authorize and enhance the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority's oversight powers over energy, cable, and Internet service providers.
