AN ACT CONCERNING PROOF OF IDENTITY, CITIZENSHIP AND RESIDENCY FOR PURPOSES OF VOTING.
To require (1) persons to present proof of United States citizenship and Connecticut residency prior to registering to vote, and (2) electors to present photo identification prior to voting.
