AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPOINTMENT OF A CONSUMER PROTECTION ADVOCATE TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
To require that not fewer than one member of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority have experience in consumer protection and advocacy and that such member be appointed for the purpose of protecting consumers and ratepayers.
