AN ACT CONCERNING TARGET PISTOLS DESIGNED FOR USE IN THE OLYMPIC GAMES AND LOWER LEVEL SANCTIONED COMPETITIONS.
To exclude from the definition of "assault weapon" any rimfire target pistols that are designed for use in target shooting events at the Olympic games and lower level sanctioned competitions.
