AN ACT REQUIRING CERTIFICATIONS THAT GRID-SCALE BATTERY SYSTEMS HAVE NOT BEEN PRODUCED WITH SLAVE OR CHILD LABOR.
To require the owner of any nonresidential grid-scale battery storage system to certify that each component of such system has been procured from a source that does not utilize slave or child labor.
