AN ACT REPEALING THE AUTHORITY TO IMPOSE A PUBLIC BENEFITS CHARGE WITHOUT SPECIFIC LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL.
To remove charges collectively called the "Combined Public Benefits Charge" from electric bills and require that any such future charge be implemented only upon the affirmative vote of the General Assembly.
