AN ACT CONCERNING PEDESTRIAN SAFETY AT CROSSWALKS.

To promote the safety of pedestrians by requiring motor vehicle operators to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians who step to the curb at a crosswalk, rather than only to pedestrians who step off the curb and into the crosswalk thereby endangering themselves.
