AN ACT CONCERNING MAMMOGRAMS AND COST TRANSPARENCY.
To require a health care provider to disclose to a patient whether any additional testing performed following a mammogram is an elective procedure, and require the health care provider to disclose whether the cost of such additional testing is covered by the patient's health insurance policy or provide the patient with an opportunity to determine whether such cost is covered by such policy.
