AN ACT CONCERNING PATIENT BROKERING FOR OUT-OF-STATE ADDICTION REHABILITATION SERVICES.
To restrict a form of patient brokering by prohibiting individuals from receiving a fee for coordinating out-of-state addiction rehabilitation services for an individual suffering from addiction.
