AN ACT PROHIBITING THE ASSESSMENT OF INTEREST AND PENALTIES ON CERTAIN PROPERTY TAX BILLS.
To prohibit municipalities from assessing interest and penalties on delinquent property tax bills when such delinquency is due to a billing error.
