AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR M-DAY SERVICE MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD.
To establish a property tax exemption of one hundred thousand dollars of the assessed value of a primary residence in the state for any M-Day service member of the National Guard and reimburse municipalities for the resulting revenue loss from the General Fund.
