AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO IMPOSE FEES FOR CERTAIN COSTS ON OWNERS OF TAX-EXEMPT REAL PROPERTY.
To authorize municipalities to impose a fee on owners of real property exempt from property tax for the use of municipal services such as police, fire and emergency medical services and the costs of road maintenance.
