AN ACT GRANTING MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY TO PROHIBIT THE OBSTRUCTION OF SCENIC VIEWS.
To allow municipalities to prohibit the construction of fences or the planting of trees, shrubs or other vegetation that would interfere with a property owner's ability to maintain an unobstructed view of a body of water or shoreline.
