AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT PROGRAM FOR CHILD CARE EXPENSES.

To require the Comptroller to conduct a study regarding the establishment of a state-administered flexible spending account program for residents of the state for expenses incurred for child care.
