AN ACT CONCERNING A STATE SUBSIDY FOR TEACHERS' HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE.
To restore the full one-third state subsidy previously provided to the Teachers' Retirement System's Medicare supplement and to preserve original Medicare as an affordable plan option for all Connecticut teachers.
