AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR SURVIVORS OF HOMICIDE.
To provide funding to Survivors of Homicide, Inc. to provide mental health and supportive counseling to more families after the loss of a loved one to homicide and mitigate a potential loss of funding.
