AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CEMETERIES.
To provide a funding source for the many cemeteries in the state that no longer have funds or organizations to keep up with the care and maintenance of cemetery stones and facilities.
