AN ACT REQUIRING AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICIES TO PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR STOLEN CATALYTIC CONVERTERS.
To provide that each automobile insurance policy that is issued, renewed, amended or endorsed in this state shall provide coverage for the full retail reimbursement of a stolen catalytic converter, excluding the cost of the policyholder's deductible.
