AN ACT PROHIBITING HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE POLICIES FROM DISCRIMINATING BASED ON THE USE OF ALUMINUM ELECTRICAL WIRING IN COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP COMMUNITIES.
To prohibit homeowners insurance policies from discriminating when setting rates or offering a policy providing coverage for a condominium, cooperative association or other common interest ownership community, based on the use of aluminum electrical wiring, until 2032.
