AN ACT CONCERNING COMPENSATION OF FAMILY CAREGIVERS IN MEDICAID WAIVER PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES.
To allow more family members of enrollees in Medicaid waiver programs administered by the Department of Developmental Services to be hired and compensated for care.
