AN ACT INCREASING INCOME AND ASSET LIMITS FOR MEDICAID WAIVER PROGRAMS.
To ensure all Connecticut residents have equal access to critical medical and long-term care benefits under Medicaid waiver programs while retaining enough to help cover home repairs, car repairs, rent increases and other emergencies.
