AN ACT CONCERNING A CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO REPAIR POWERED WHEELCHAIRS.
To enable owners of powered wheelchairs to conduct necessary maintenance and prompt repairs of such wheelchairs, averting unnecessary delays, excessive expenses and negative impacts on their quality of life.
