AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID PAYMENT PARITY FOR HOSPITALS PROVIDING LONG-TERM, ACUTE CARE.
To address the Medicaid payment disparity between hospitals providing long-term, acute care and reduce the risk of such hospitals receiving lower Medicaid reimbursement than others and reducing services or closing.
