AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTY FOR THE FAILURE TO DISPLAY MOTOR VEHICLE NUMBER PLATES AND STICKERS.
To ensure registered motor vehicles properly display number plates and stickers so that such motor vehicles are identifiable to law enforcement.
