AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR LITERACY AND ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN CERTAIN SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND MUNICIPALITIES.
To dedicate revenue from the legalization and taxation of recreational cannabis to fund literacy programs in Unified School District #1 and adult education programs in the municipalities with the ten highest numbers of residents who are released from incarceration.
