AN ACT REQUIRING INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT ARE STATE CONTRACTORS TO ADOPT A NET NEUTRALITY POLICY.
That the general statutes be amended to require Internet service providers that are state contractors to adopt a net neutrality policy.
