AN ACT CONCERNING CONSUMER PROTECTION FOR NONCONSENSUAL TOWING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
To provide twenty-four hours' notice prior to towing a motor vehicle from a residential complex unless the motor vehicle is parked in a space reserved for the exclusive use by persons who are blind and persons with disabilities, is blocking entry or exit from such residential complex or is located in an area not designated for parking.
