AN ACT CONCERNING THE REMOVAL OF SERVICE CABLES.
To: (1) Require cable and telecommunications companies to remove service cables from customers' property not later than thirty days after termination of service; and (2) authorize municipalities to levy fines of ten dollars per day for every day after the thirty-day period until removed.
