AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWER GENERATING SYSTEMS IN COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP COMMUNITIES.
To prohibit any common interest ownership community from prohibiting the installation of a solar power generating system on the roof of an owner's unit.
