AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE CONNECTICUT ANTITRUST ACT TO PROTECT AGAINST CORPORATE MERGERS THAT HARM COMPETITION AND CONSUMERS.
To adopt federal merger guidelines into the Connecticut Antitrust Act and authorize the Antitrust Section of the Office of the Attorney General to investigate and institute proceedings for alleged violations of the guidelines on behalf of the state and its residents.
