AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR PAXLOVID.
To provide that no individual or group health insurance policy that is delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, amended or continued in this state that provides coverage for paxlovid shall impose any coinsurance, copayment, deductible or other out-of-pocket expense for paxlovid that exceeds a defined amount.
